- Buisson grimpant ou petit arbre (5-6m). Il existe deux forme, une de savanne et l'autre forestière. Commun en Afrique de l'ouest et au-delà du bassin du Congo jusqu'en Ouganda.
- Mellifère. Fleurs visitées d'octobre à décembre au Bas-Congo.

- A climbing shrub or small tree 5 - 6 m high. There are two forms one growing in the
savannah and the other in the forest. The tree is common throughout West Africa and across the Congo basin to Uganda. - Melliferous. Bees visit the flowers from October to December in Bas-Congo.
