  • Buisson ou petit arbre (1.5 à 12m). Commun en forêt secondaire et savane arborée, surtout sur sols sableux, au Bas-Congo. Présent en forêt dense de la Sierra Leone au Libéria et du Cameroun à l'Angola.
  • Mellifère.

  • Shrub or small tree from 1.5 to 12 m high. Commonly found in secondary forest and wooded savannah, especially on sandy soils, in Bas-Congo. Present in closed forest from Sierra Leone to Liberia and from Cameroon to Angola.
  • Melliferous. Bees collect nectar from the male flowers
    throughout the day.
